What we see most in Belgrade
Wind. A lot of wind. Belgrade catches the worst of the west-valley gusts coming off the Tobacco Roots, which means wind-lifted shingles and torn flashings show up here before they show up in Bozeman. We install with extra nailing in the high-wind zones and use shingle lines that are actually rated for what Montana throws at them.

Most Belgrade homes are 1990s to current build — asphalt shingle roofs ranging from "still in great shape" to "third generation of patches." We do full replacements, repairs, and post-storm inspections. Malarkey shingles for most, DaVinci synthetic for the larger homes.
