We inspect the roof first, either by ladder or drone, and show you photos of what we found before we quote anything.
Storm, hail, and insurance claims

If you think a storm hit your roof, we'll document it properly and walk you through the insurance claim — including meeting your adjuster on site so nothing legitimate gets missed.
Snow and ice dams
Missoula winters build ice at the eaves the same way Bozeman's do: warm air escapes into the attic, melts snow at the ridge, and it refreezes at the cold edge. We remove ice dams and snow load, and when we replace a roof we address the ventilation and ice-and-water membrane that caused the problem in the first place.
