This area has a mix of homes, shops, and ag buildings — and a lot of metal roofing on barns, pole buildings, and outbuildings in addition to houses. We work on both: residential roof replacement and repair, plus metal roofing for outbuildings and ag structures.
What we see in Four Corners
Plenty of homes built between 2005 and 2015 with the cheapest shingle the builder could find. They're hitting end of life now. A full replacement with a real shingle line and proper underlayment will outlast the next two rounds of patches.
Gallatin Gateway & beyond
Out toward Gallatin Gateway and up the canyon, the roofs get bigger and the weather gets harsher. DaVinci synthetic or standing-seam metal start making more sense — both worth the upfront on a roof that's expensive to access.
