What we install
TPO single-ply (flat & low-slope)
Heat-welded seams, mechanically fastened or fully adhered depending on your deck. We're certified through GAF, which means a manufacturer-backed warranty option on qualifying jobs and a real install spec we follow.
Standing-seam metal
Long-life metal for shops, ag buildings, and architectural applications. Sheds snow, low maintenance, looks sharp in the foothills.
Commercial repairs & maintenance
Punctures, failed seams, ponding fixes, drain repairs, flashing rebuilds. A 30-minute punch-list visit twice a year is usually the difference between a roof that lasts 15 years and one that lasts 25.
Who we work with
- Small business owners replacing a 20-year-old roof
- Property managers handling multiple tenants in the Gallatin Valley
- General contractors on new commercial construction
- Ranch and ag operations on shop and outbuilding roofs
Common questions
How long does a commercial TPO roof last?+
A properly installed 60-mil TPO system with regular inspections will run you 20–25 years in Montana. Mechanical fastening or fully adhered, depending on the deck and the wind exposure.
Can you re-roof while the business stays open?+
Yes. We sequence the work so noise and access stay manageable. Most retail and office tenants don't have to close.
Do you do metal?+
Yes — standing-seam metal for ag buildings, shops, and the occasional architectural residential. Long life, low maintenance, handles snow loads in Big Sky and the Bridgers.
Do you do roof maintenance contracts?+
Yes. Twice-a-year inspections and a punch-list of small fixes is the cheapest way to make a commercial roof last as long as it's supposed to.
